Tracing the sex as a man before the sex change and the sex as a woman after the surgery, 'Sex Change Document: I am a woman!'

An adult documentary you rarely see these days. The cinematography is solid, and the way they present the historical context and source material is excellent. The composition is truly impressive—it feels more like a cinematic work than just an AV.
A valuable video work from about 20 years ago, back when changing one's legal gender was impossible. It mainly follows a documentary format with interviews as the core. Erika-san's own sex scenes total less than 30 minutes combined (pre- and post-op), but I evaluated this as a transgender documentary rather than an AV. The pre-op sex is completely passive, despite being called 'the last time as a man,' and there is no 'male play' like ejaculation. Those looking for 'newhalf' content probably won't enjoy it. Surgery scenes are included; they are mostly mosaicked, but be warned that the removed testicles are shown unblurred (though not in close-up) if you are sensitive to that. There is a scene where Erika-san observes a man and woman having sex because she's worried about whether she can have sex as a woman since she's never done it with a woman before, but I personally question if that was necessary... Regarding the post-op scene: before the surgery, even when asked 'does it feel good?', she would only moan and never answered 'it feels good,' but after the surgery, she said 'it feels good' during penetration without even being asked, which was particularly impressive. Given the era, there may be expressions that could be considered discriminatory by today's standards, but conversely, as this is a valuable personal account from someone who lived through that time, I am very grateful that it was released to the modern day while respecting the historical context.
