It focuses way too much on the breasts, and the content suffers for it. I think it would have been better if they didn't focus on the breasts at all. Since it's obvious to anyone that they're huge, there's no need to keep bringing them up. Also, I wish the camera angles hadn't emphasized the breasts and instead focused on the act of penetration.
First part: It's a delusion. Mei-san gives a blowjob and titjob to an unemployed guy until he cums. Second part: Also a delusion. She suddenly appears in a student's study room and has sex.
