Once the actual act begins, the visuals are clean and the acting direction is solid, so I think it's a good production. However, the scenes leading up to the act, which are supposed to build desire, are worse than the previous Kosaka-san installment; there's no creativity or thought put into them, and they aren't exciting at all. Especially the scene with Mr. Yamagata, where he gets excited looking at her butt in a navy tight skirt in the kitchen—at this point, it's nothing more than a farce. I really hope they seriously reconsider the intro scenes for the next release.
