Reiko Kobayakawa, a beautiful wife, is forced to work at a public bathhouse at the outskirts of the factory due to poor management at her husband's factory. A lot of soap play performed by a beautiful wife wearing sexy lingerie... In order to pay off her husband's debt, she falls into a popular soap opera...

She's appeared in other 'falling into soapland' genre films, but unfortunately, this one is a bit average in comparison and lacks a sense of fun or novelty. That said, it definitely delivers exactly what the title promises.
It's just average for this series. Ogawa-san is such a great talent, too.
Reiko Kobayakawa's works are always fun. The soapland video I bought before was from SOD, which was packed with creampie scenes. This one doesn't have that, but it has that authentic 'back-alley soapland' vibe. It feels more realistic, which makes me want to watch it more. The shot on the cover of her taking off her panties is incredibly erotic, too. Her striptease scenes are always her selling point, and I love it. Her skin is so glossy when she's naked, it's always a surprise. Reiko Kobayakawa is an AV queen in every sense. Personally, she's the type I'd want to marry and have kids with. It's so erotic that I never get tired of it. I can't escape this addiction.
*Reiko's wife, Reiko, borrows money from a friend from her student days to help her husband run the factory while he is sick, but in exchange, he ends up working at a soap. The story progresses along the usual course of the series, including a direct lecture from a friend of the store manager, and soap play with factory employees as customers. The only thing that's new to me is that I play with instant scales and tools right in front of my husband's bed as he falls asleep. Kobayakawa has a flashy face, so she lacks an air of formality, and even when she becomes a soapland actress, she doesn't seem to have fallen into grace. The saving grace is that Kobayakawa really feels it when he plays, but the expression on his face as he opens his mouth wide and writhes in agony is probably either good or bad.
I've seen quite a few of her works, but sad roles just don't suit her. She's perfect for the role of a nymphomaniac who aggressively attacks men. Besides, this kind of story is way too cliché for these days, isn't it? The production quality was high, and the supporting cast acted well. However, the 'I don't want to, but my body is heating up on its own' type of acting seemed a bit difficult for her. She gave a great performance during the scenes next to her sleeping husband and the sex with her husband's subordinate who came as a guest. There was even some 'slang' sex at the end; she finally felt like herself again.
