If you're going to cast a veteran, famous actress in this series, you need direction that actually utilizes her acting skills. The standard trope of confessing to a sexless marriage in the bathroom followed by the mother-in-law performing oral sex is just too predictable and a waste. It would have been better if there was foreshadowing at the beginning: the mother mentions a classmate of her daughter having a baby and gently hints, 'I'd love to see a grandchild soon,' only for the daughter to snap, 'Why would you say that?!' and shut down the conversation. That would have made the later line in the bathroom, 'I'm sorry my daughter is so headstrong,' feel much more natural. As for the sexless marriage, it would flow better if the daughter stormed off, leaving the son-in-law to confess that he hasn't cheated or visited sex workers, but has been suffering in silence. That would make the transition to the bathroom oral sex and the bedroom scene much smoother.
