There are very few AV actresses who can actually deliver lines properly. I doubt many of them have had any real acting training. The scenes are… (1) In the operating room with a middle-aged doctor (name unknown). The staging is nice. (2) On the bed with the patient Mao, starting with fellatio. (3) With Mao again, this time Mao uses her fingers and mouth on Asaka…. (4) Oh my, a 3P with the doctor and Mao…. The director is Yukinori Nishizawa, who has a lot of mediocre works(?). It feels like he just wasted Asaka’s 'tight, legendary body' by having her just take the doctor's member. I'm giving it a generous rating of 4.
