If they wanted to show that Aika's feelings had shifted after the final encounter with her stepfather in the evening, they should have had her sneak out of bed while her husband was sleeping to have one more round—that would have clearly shown her true feelings. They could have just added 30 more minutes, but they settled for a phone call instead.
