I wonder if they were aiming for an AV version of the drama 'Nurse no Oshigoto'? It's well-crafted with a focus on the story, though in reality, no nurse would be that lewd—but hey, it's an AV, so that's expected. Even though it's well-made, most guys will probably just fast-forward to the erotic parts.

The content is the typical 'patient care service' scenario. That's a highlight, but the story outside of the sex scenes is actually quite funny—kudos to the director for the ideas. From the bed-sliding scene at the start that parodies a certain nurse drama (Mana-chan's stiff acting here is the best), to having to collect sperm because the patient's urine sample was spilled, to the milk spraying out when she gets motivated after being scolded by a senior nurse (this one probably wasn't acting, it looked real)—there were so many scenes that personally made me laugh. I really love how Mana-chan is being presented lately, so I rate this highly.

Mana-chan's nurse outfit is just so cute! Her breasts were beautiful, too, which was a plus. ◎ The scene where she secretly has sex with a patient in the hospital room was the best. Seeing her try to hold back her moans was cute and exciting. ○ It was plenty erotic, but it was a bit of a shame that there were no scenes where Mana-chan takes the initiative to seduce, and the plot just kept repeating the same patterns.
