No scripts, no acting! A 100% real documentary where Sakura Mana listens to your worries and solves them with her body. Whether you're premature or a virgin, she's your cure. No matter how complex, her devoted treatment will solve it all. Her body is yours to use.

*This is a work in which Mana Sakura, who still retains some innocence from her early debut, seriously deals with her troubles as a counselor. There is no script or direction. You can't help but be drawn to Manati's way of thinking for herself and responding to concerns in her own words. Premature ejaculation, virginity, dirty jokes... She sometimes laughs, sometimes seriously, and sometimes puts her body on the line when dealing with "delicate concerns" that are difficult to deal with in AV. This is exactly the origin of therapist Manatee. Plays such as handjobs and blowjobs are not just techniques, but are filled with "compassion" and "kindness". It's soothing to watch, and it warms my heart to see the men gradually becoming more positive as they confide their concerns. This is not just an erotic work, but a document that “connects with Manatee emotionally.” There is an ideal image that everyone has imagined at least once, ``I wish I had a counselor like this...''. She is now active as a cultural figure, but that's why I wanted to check out the Reiwa version of "Sexual Trouble Counseling Room"!
The image quality isn't great, and the audio sounds muffled too, so I couldn't focus.
It really feels like there's no script! It's a bit rambling lol. But amidst that, the little bits of wisdom really show Mana-san's kind and sincere personality.
It feels more realistic and interesting than works that are too scripted, where the client hesitates to undress or finishes before penetration. It's harder to find the right moment to climax, but Mana-san is just so cute! She doesn't make light of the clients' worries and answers them with genuine sincerity, which shows her character and warms the heart. There's even a moment where she goes into 'serious lecture mode' with a married client, leading to the staff cutting the session short—it really shows how thoughtful she is, even considering the feelings of the client's wife. It made me realize that there are all kinds of people in the world with all kinds of problems, and I felt a strange sense of relief. It’s a heartwarming piece that makes you think it's not bad to watch something like this once in a while. It felt like it was telling me, 'Don't just climax with the play, climax with your heart!' But still, Sakura Mana is just too cute!! I definitely enjoyed myself!!!
Many of the consultant's worries applied to me as well, so Mana-chan's advice on how to interact with women was incredibly helpful. Looking forward to the second installment!
