Sorry for the late review, but her face and gaze really remind me of the classic Jun Fubuki. Most guys would be absolutely smitten. She was 22 then, so she must be 29 now. I bet she's even more beautiful these days. She did a few more things and seems to have changed her name, but there aren't many works. Honestly, with looks like that, she probably married into wealth and is living the good life.
She's cute, but it lacks a bit of eroticism. She has a bit of a 'slutty' vibe, but for her second shoot, I wish she had been more aggressive and hungry for it.

It was good to see Karen's cuteness and sexiness on full display again in this one. During the final scene, she says 'it's the best' near the end, and you can really feel that she's genuinely enjoying it. The title is 'Sexual Desire Unleashed,' so I was expecting something more intense, but the level of eroticism doesn't seem much different from her debut...
*Ms. Ishida had a half-Japanese face and was very beautiful, but her intertwining was so athletic that it didn't really feel erotic and was not practical.
