It focuses on the tension and emotional shifts within their dynamic, and by depicting their abnormality in such a matter-of-fact way, it feels surprisingly real and pulls you in. Mana Sakura's performance adds depth and realism to this bizarre tale.

I found this work after DMM implemented the tag feature and I searched for '#sucking breasts'! My wish has finally come true! Thank you, DMM. (※I wish user submissions were possible, but managing spam would be difficult...) Anyway, this work makes full use of Mana-san's beautiful, massive breasts. It captures the taboo of a sibling dynamic while embodying the 'breast lover's desires' with a list that covers the top 10 things breast lovers want to see! However, because she has such a great figure, her nipples are positioned quite high, so it was a bit distracting to see the actor struggling to suck them during the nursing play (lol). Also, the actor's technique is a bit 'nibbly' and lacks that satisfying suction feel. Since it's an AV, I want to see him sucking, licking, and stretching them intensely from the viewer's perspective. Still, if you love breasts, this is a highly recommended piece.
