The drug user enjoys the thrill of almost being caught by the elderly, having sex with his daughter and grandson using the drugs, or using mind control to force his daughter and grandson into prostitution, or having other male staff or other extra-like old men perform lewd exercises under the guise of rehabilitation, the protagonist having sex naked in front of the elderly, putting a penis sheath on his daughter and letting his grandson 'zuko-zuko' sex. The shock causes him to lose his mind and develop real dementia. I roughly sketched out a story, but if I were the protagonist, I think a revenge story where my sexual kinks explode when I get my hands on the drugs and harbor resentment towards my workplace would be better than the main story.

I think the core of this kind of work is the state of having a sane mind but a body that's being controlled. This one really nailed the way she resists. Honestly, if it had shown her sniffing when she was lucid, it would've been perfect. But the scenes where she throws her hands up or her body hugs on its own were just amazing. Definitely a keeper.
