*The first emergency scene is amazing! A sense of realism that you won't believe is AV! Her line delivery is also excellent and gives a sense of immersion. But is it a second version of Kamiki Rei's work... There is no creampie, but butt, belly, and chest cumshots are good, but they are pseudo-sperm. I can't get it... The last 4P plus 1 did not fall completely... It's such a waste to wear erotic underwear! As expected, the aggressive blowjob and cowgirl grind are I wanted to see it! And the finish is a tongue cumshot where you take it from yourself. If it was a polite soji, it would have been 3 stars.
Been a while since the second installment. The quality is decent, and the drama itself is well-made, but it doesn't quite reach the beauty and cuteness of Kamiki-san being… well, you know, in the first one. It's a matter of taste, but it's not bad.
As an ER doctor, I was genuinely surprised by how realistic the initial scenes were – checking vitals, cutting clothes, prepping for intubation. It feels like they based it on a subarachnoid hemorrhage case. Though, I'm not sure about the MRI in that situation; a CT scan would be more appropriate for a head bleed. The fact that they lost consciousness afterwards also felt very real.
The uniform really suits her! Loved the pattern on the panties too!
Koise-san's acting is top tier, so I could really get into the drama parts. And of course, the erotic scenes are definitely worth watching. She's got a real veteran vibe now. Seeing her constantly tied up is just… beautiful. Looking forward to more!
