![START-460 [Sexual Service Support] During disaster relief efforts, a righteous rescue worker accepts group sexual acts as part of rescue operations for one month - Shibasaki Haru.](https://cdn.submyav.com/cdn/covers/full/start-460.webp)
Rescue worker Shibasaki Haru dispatched to the disaster area. Amidst the extreme evacuation life, rescue work that began with a sense of justice gradually transforms into 'sexual service' under the name of service. In a shelter where sweat, tears, and bodily fluids mix, she offers her innocent body, is consumed by desire, and yet opens her legs to accept group sexual acts in an attempt to save someone – rescue and pleasure intersect.

The ending was a letdown. Those older guys just standing around as spectators were super distracting.
I bought it as a Shibasaki fan, but the work itself was awful. It's disrespectful to the actresses. Please make a work that utilizes her acting skills.
There are women who have actually experienced terrible things and sexual trauma during harsh evacuation life, and this is incredibly insensitive. Someone who deeply understands the hardships of that kind of evacuation life, or someone who has actually experienced it, wouldn't be able to make something like this. Why connect it to sex? I really wish they'd stop.
Seriously, this was incredible. I'm about to dive into some critical reviews from what seem to be female viewers, so wish me luck! 🍄💦
First of all, AV (especially those with a story) is fundamentally a fictional creation. People who watch AV aren't stupid, and everyone understands that. That is, excluding the tiny minority who can't tell fiction from reality. Secondly, just like movies and dramas, AV can also be made based on actual events. So, if you're going to condemn AV in the name of crime victims, you should act the same way towards dramas and movies. But you won't. That's a contradiction. To maintain consistency in your argument, you should feel guilty every time you watch a thriller movie depicting a brutal crime, remembering the victims. Furthermore, you should argue that all such content should be censored. Otherwise, you can't escape the contradiction. Excluding the tiny minority, no one defends the acts depicted in the work or tries to imitate them. They're just consuming content as reasonable adults.
