START-608 - Sexual Healing Clinic: Nurse Rei Kamiki's Private Special Treatment

This is my first time buying from this series, and Rei Kamiki was great. I recommend this to any Rei Kamiki fans. This work is overflowing with her maternal instincts and sex appeal. Everyone, you should definitely check it out.

The final scene was fantastic, especially the facial expressions. Her physique was also quite voluptuous and nice.

This installment follows Rei-chan, who transitions from nursing to a special medical facility known as a 'sex outpatient clinic,' where sexual acts are performed as treatment to curb sex crimes. The highlight is watching her provide devoted care while being bewildered by patients who have lost their sanity due to abnormal sexual urges. The first segment is oral treatment. The second is vaginal treatment for a patient who arrived with his wife. The third is a special internal ejaculation treatment for a patient with severe libido. The fourth is a group treatment during a night round in a ward for patients requiring hospitalization. Rei-chan truly puts her body on the line to treat the patients visiting the clinic. While she is treated as a mere outlet for the first three patients, the fourth segment involves a 4P with three patients. Rei-chan, who had been hesitant until then, switches to a dazed, 'pleasure-corrupted' expression, and her performance during climax was excellent. Her reactions, especially when being pushed by the dark-skinned, muscular patient (missionary, standing doggy style, etc.), were the best in the film and incredibly erotic. The film does a great job of portraying her conflict between the bizarre medical setting and the guilt toward her husband, contrasted with her falling into the pleasure of sex. I also loved the recurring bit where the patients' attitudes do a 180-degree turn, becoming perfectly polite after finishing. However, there is a disappointing point: the cameraman is visible in the reflection around the 1 hour 36-minute mark. This has happened in previous 'wall-butt' releases, and while it may seem minor, such sloppiness instantly shatters the immersion and lowers the quality of the work. More than anything, I think it's disrespectful to Rei-chan, who is working so hard on set. It’s a shame, especially since Kamiki Rei is so wonderful.

Wow, her acting skills just keep getting better every year. Playing a nurse who is torn between guilt toward her husband and dedication to her job—the way she gradually gives in to pleasure and lets herself go during that final 4P scene was absolutely bewitching! I'll be waiting for many more works! I buy every single one of them! Thank you for everything, Rei-san! I hope to meet you at an event someday!

Given the combination of this series and Rei Kamiki, I had some reservations since a great actress doesn't always guarantee a great production, but I watched it as soon as it dropped. First off, for some reason, these types of works always force the 'patient' character to act like they've lost their mind, which is a negative for me. Both the visuals and the audio are just too noisy. I feel like abnormal desire can be portrayed without having to resort to frantic, over-the-top acting. Throughout the film, if you ask whether the 'descent into pleasure'—the highlight of this genre—was effectively captured, the impression was quite weak. While Rei-san’s portrayal of innocence and confusion was well-conveyed, the boundaries regarding kissing or the use of contraceptives were unclear, making the transition into her 'fall' feel disjointed. It’s also a minus that she keeps her underwear on during the final scene; the lack of full nudity was disappointing. Plus, that specific lingerie didn't even match the nurse outfit. Whether it's the director's preference or a stylistic choice, there are way too many butt shots. It was frustrating not being able to see Rei-san’s beautiful face or bust when I wanted to. The lack of variety in the direction and camera angles within scenes made me lose interest halfway through. Rei-san’s nuanced acting really shone, but it’s a shame that other elements dragged the overall quality down. Her visuals have become even more stunning and alluring, which is exactly why I wish the scenario and direction had done more to bring out that charm.
