Is this series from the old 'Troy' product era? Compared to recent DL releases, the image quality is very poor, and there are no punchy close-ups. Some are so bad it looks like they gave up on filming altogether... That said, it features things that are rare these days like white high socks, triple-folded socks, loose socks which are showing signs of a comeback, and scenes with knee-length to below-the-knee sailor uniforms that modern cameramen don't really target. So, if you're someone who thinks 'the quality is fine but I'm sick of the same old mini-skirt JK voyeurism' or 'I want to soak in that nostalgic atmosphere from around 2000,' it might be worth a watch. However, for the reasons above, I wouldn't recommend buying it as a standalone.
