As always, this series strictly refuses to show the butt while standing. It's a real shame.

I love this series. It's just my personal preference, but I think it's sexier when it's just men instead of female doctors or nurses. I want them to strip her slowly and sensually. I don't like violence, so I hope they skip the slapping and focus on the performance of her being reluctant yet feeling ashamed.

Overall, it was good. A solid work. Nanase Iori's look and style are right up my alley, so I was really excited. However, her acting here felt too fake, which is a minus. Also, I bought this specifically for Ando Moa and Tennen Mizuki, but unfortunately, they didn't have any actual sex scenes, which was a huge letdown.

The cast was top-notch, easily the best in the series. However, personally, I prefer the flow of chapters by 'examination type' like before 2019, rather than the 'by actress' chapters we've had the last couple of years. The timeline is a bit confusing this time. Everyone is in their panties until the breast exam, but then they're topless before the EKG? You only figure it out if you watch the 'natural girl' chapter on DISC 2—she was late and talked back to the nurse, so the nurse got angry and made everyone strip everything except their skirts/pants as punishment... Well, I guess the 'Sadi-Vire-Now' label releases things early before the DVD, so maybe it's good for people who just want to see their favorite actress's part ASAP? I guess it's a matter of taste.

Starting from this installment, there's a female doctor who performs check-ups, and she's fantastic. She uses a condescending tone to corner the female employee and stir up her shame. The dynamic of a female employee being unable to resist the harsh words of a female doctor was top-notch.
