Viewers project themselves onto the male actor, so seeing him erect makes the excitement much more palpable. Lastly, since Hinano Tachibana is so cute, I would have preferred a skirt over pants. Regardless, this is a fantastic film. It's very erotic. It was the best, and I'll definitely be watching this one again.
