I always think this, but these kinds of planned-out things should really strive for more realism. If they're going to include sex, there are plenty of other options out there, and those would be fine. Back in the day, SOD would have actually recreated something like a full-nude practical exam from a nursing school, you know?

The male-to-female ratio is off, and if it's supposed to be realistic, it should be more consensual, not forced. This one feels like the woman is being coerced, and I don't know why, but it's a one-woman-against-multiple-men situation, so it just feels like bullying. It's a shame Yano Tsubasa was also a student; I would've liked to see her take a more aggressive role with the guys. It lacks depth...

I was really looking forward to this series as always, but it didn't live up to the previous installment, so I'm giving it 2 stars. Honestly, if you're new to this series, you might give it 4 or 5 stars. But compared to the previous work, there are definitely a lot of areas where the quality has dropped, so I'm giving it 2 stars... I almost wanted to give it 1 star. I gave it 2 stars because everyone has pubic hair. I requested more characters with pubic hair, and I believe they listened to my feedback. What's disappointing is that, in the work from 2 years ago, the practical training items weren't assigned 1-on-1, but everyone could see one item together. We could see everything in basic nursing practice, but this year we can only see one person's portion. The problem with this is that we can only see one person's urine test. We used to be able to see four people's. The best part of the nursing series is the basic care practice section, I think. Wiping the body naked and having them give a urine sample. And if they're on their period, removing and replacing the tampon. I think that humiliating aspect is the appeal of the nursing series, but this time I only felt about 1/3 of the effect. Also, in the previous work, there was a girl with a tampon in during her period. So we could see how they dealt with menstruation. I didn't get to see that this year, so I feel like I missed out. Please improve it next year. I was a little unsatisfied with the gynecological exam. I think the gynecological exam is looking for a urethral catheter, but they didn't do it. I don't like urethral catheters, so it's okay if they don't do it, but then the gynecological exam loses its value. You can't make her cum on the delivery table either. Then I wish I could have seen one more basic care practice session. I know I can't incorporate my opinion alone, but I think the work is going in a bad direction. It's not like it's 1-on-1 and polished, it just feels like the quality has dropped. I look forward to it every year, so please improve it next year.

I really like this series. I used to rent these all the time. This is the first time I've bought one, and (the content is just normal medical procedures). Definitely worth keeping!
