I bought it because of Hinata. She's petite with a small chest, but she's a small and cute girl. This petite, new nurse is completely naked in front of numerous doctors and nurses under the guise of a health check-up. They're checking for lumps in her breasts and precisely measuring the diameter of her areola and nipples with calipers, causing her body to twitch. Watching her makes my own groin twitch too. Thinking this is important medical procedure and that Hinata is undergoing vital training for her job only makes it harder to control myself, and I'll likely end up with Hinata in the end.

Mostly regarding the sex scenes, I hated how the camera angle was always from the side, focusing only on the faces of the unmasked doctors. And then the doctor takes off his top and has sex completely naked. Fellatio wasn't even done on the bed, but beside it. The sperm collection should be requested from a veteran doctor, not a senior nurse. The new nurse is even crying during some of the examination, and it didn't feel like sex for examination purposes, but rather like something bordering on r●pe, which was disappointing. Also, the senior nurse's lines, reactions, and how she handled the examination were lacking. In the third scene, the nurse even leaves mid-way through. The doctor was also the one collecting the sperm. I'm looking forward to a sequel. But in terms of realistic situations, the sex examination scenes were a bit sloppy. Whether it's an improvement or not depends on the viewer, but this time the doctors, senior nurse, and the situation were all the most severe in the series' history. It's important to have the senior nurse and doctor actors continue, so I hope they keep up the good work. Personally, the third installment was the best. I definitely want to see the next installment if it comes out this year.

It might get stale, but even if it does, please don't let it get worse. I want to see all the urine tests. Especially for the girls I find cute, I can't even see them pee. The ejaculation during a urine test and a gynecological exam are different things. I want to see the urine test scenes done properly. I'm not really excited about measuring vaginal pressure. Knowing the vaginal pressure doesn't mean I'll be able to go inside that vagina, so it's not exciting. I think there's information about women that's exciting to know and information that isn't. When a woman's period started or when her pubic hair grew are exciting things to know. But vaginal pressure isn't exciting to know, and it's not exciting to watch the examination either. I feel like vaginal pressure would be more interesting in a variety show. I want the scenes of collecting vaginal fluids with a cotton swab during a gynecological exam to be done better. Even if they expand the vagina with a Cusco speculum or show the vagina on a large screen with a camera, the mosaic makes it impossible for us to see anything. If there was no mosaic, it would be worth watching and exciting. I know they can't remove the mosaic. So, even with the mosaic, please add elements that will make it exciting. I think just showing a cotton swab directly touching the vagina, without even using a Cusco speculum, would be exciting. They're too focused on collecting vaginal fluids, but rubbing the vagina with a cotton swab might be more visually exciting. There are also good parts, like the situations. The second girl is in a situation where she's naked during a health check-up in front of her colleagues. The fact that the situations are slightly different for each of the three girls is exciting, so please keep that in the next installment. And there are a lot of pretty actresses. I'm grateful for the variety of people, even those with pubic hair peeking out from their panties. Panties alone are boring. Because the vagina is hidden by the mosaic, panties alone feel empty. But if there's pubic hair, it feels disgusting and exciting. I'm also grateful for the variety of body types, from slim to plump. Personally, I want more plump girls with thick pubic hair. I'd also like to see some butt hair. I'm really looking forward to this series, so please make a next installment. I've been saying bad things, but this is definitely a shocking work for someone who's seeing it for the first time. If it were my first time, I'd give it 5 stars. If I can see all the urine tests, I'll give it 5 stars.

Where did the usual injection scenes or medical checkups go? What's going on? There was a little bit of... you know, but that's the only good thing about it. I'd rather watch a shoplifting or customer complaint video. Guess I'll just have to wait for the office worker health checkup video...
