I find this kind of premise absolutely irresistible. You could say it perfectly captures the fantasy of a father with a daughter. If actresses of this caliber are involved, I have no complaints. I especially liked the first friend and the daughter who appears at the end.

Hmm, the male actor's performance is just too stiff. It's a real shame because the actresses are great.
