The girl is cute, but the lingerie should have been see-through. It's typical for this series, but I wish they'd put a bit more effort into it.
The outfit is lackluster and it lacks eroticism. It also didn't really capture that 'secretive' vibe.
This is a good entry in the series, but it falls short. The situations are mostly similar, but if the panties had been consistently see-through, it would've been a 5-star rating.
The first actress has a great figure, and her face, which resembles Mizuki Yamamoto, really adds to the excitement. The clothed scenes are perfect, and the squirt scenes are incredibly erotic. The second and third actresses are a bit underwhelming compared to the first. No penetration through panties, but it's a pretty decent film for mini-skirt and knee-high sock enthusiasts.
The panty shots feel forced and unnatural, which actually kills the mood. Plus, her intentionally sticking her butt out or overacting with 'ah-ah' sounds during cowgirl position is just cheesy. It's supposed to be a hospital room, but it feels like a love hotel... It doesn't even match the title, and the panty shots were completely wasted.
