I had high hopes for this one, but as others have noted, it's too obvious and looks forced. The first girl wearing spats directly over nothing is just wrong; if you take off the spats, there should be panties underneath. I assume they don't do this because there's little demand, but I'd love to see more works that include the extra step of removing safety shorts or skorts. That said, the scene where she squats down, thinking she's safe because she's wearing spats while her skirt is wide open, was actually quite realistic and good.

This is a good title for those who prefer gym clothes or inner shorts over bare panties, but the inner shorts are so visible that it ruins the thrill. They're 'Pretty Cure' style shorts, so those expecting half-pants under the skirt should be careful. The bloomer-style shorts are almost embarrassing to watch. A normal girl wouldn't show her shorts that much. I think the essence of a panty shot is catching a glimpse while she's on a bike and thinking, 'Lucky, she's in uniform!' The direction isn't wrong, so I'll look forward to the next one.
