Despite the title promising a 'chikan' (groping) theme, it feels 80% rape, which is a minus. It fails to make good use of a cute actress, another minus. The group assault scene looked ridiculous, so that's another minus. I’m giving it two stars solely for the actress and the rare sailor uniform.

Tsubomi is top-tier, but there weren't many parts that really did it for me. Still, seeing her keep the sailor uniform on is a major turn-on.

Personally, I'm not a fan of gross, persistent molestation scenarios, so that might be part of it, but overall it felt a bit lackluster. In any case, I really didn't like the bus scene. The bystanders were just a crowded, annoying presence. It’s a shame, because the sailor uniform theme throughout the whole film had some real potential.

Tsubomi-chan has finally appeared in this popular series. Watching a high school girl in a classic sailor uniform fall prey to perverts is as stimulating as ever. However, she's been around for quite a while now and has matured, so the sailor suit looks a bit out of place; I think it would have been way more 'moe' if they’d cast her a year earlier. It maintains a consistent narrative without getting bogged down in unnecessary drama, keeping the focus on back-to-back scenes from start to finish, which is great. I just wish there had been more than two full scenes—that was a bit of a letdown. Also, the fact that she’s wearing a summer uniform only during the captivity sequence cracked me up lol.
