In a word, they don't look like middle schoolers at all. It's unavoidable to some extent, but I wish they had put more thought into the casting. The only saving grace was seeing Ten Murakami at #17 and Shiho Miyazaki at #20. Other than that, the girl at the end of the first disc was quite sensitive, which was nice. Visually, it just looks like a standard sex worker service. They wear uniforms at first, but quickly strip down to full nudity. The setting is just a mat. I was hoping for some erotic, forbidden acts involving 'middle schoolers,' but there's no real erotic buildup—just business-like sex on a mat. The acting is too straightforward; there's no sense of shyness or innocence, making it very bland. There's no hesitation or resistance, so there's no excitement. Unless they put more effort into the actresses, costumes, locations, and acts, it's bound to fail to live up to its title. They probably prioritized realism, but since we all know the premise is impossible anyway, I wish they'd make it more like an actual, entertaining AV.
