I want to give the highest praise for the fact that it completely avoids the common tropes in gynecological-themed works, such as touching the breasts or exposing the upper body while on the examination table; it strictly limits exposure to the lower body. Also, there were no stupid stunts like opening the curtains mid-scene, so I could watch it with peace of mind. Additionally, the male actor is thin, so his belly fat doesn't get in the way during close-ups, and the fact that his face is never shown is a plus.

As others have mentioned, the concept of having a girl move her hips in a gynecological setting and making her feel it herself is good, but... I really wish they would put more thought into the quality of the actresses. Hmm... If they could just get the casting right, I'd personally love to see this become a series.

The concept is quite appealing, but it's a disappointing film because both the actress and actor's performances feel lackluster. I really wanted to see more of the 'succumbing to pleasure' aspect... It just feels like watching a mechanical, routine performance. Such a waste.
