TFR-010 - Guerrilla assault squad on the prowl

At first, it was just scouting and stalking, or just touching and playing with a vibrator, so I was wondering what was going on, but by the 4th person, there was even forced oral sex. Up until the stalking scene, it's on location, but once the mosaic on the car window disappears, you can tell it's a studio. Is this a pursuit of realism? It takes nearly 50 minutes to get to the first act. And suddenly, it goes straight to creampie. The inconsistency of whether they do it or not is almost bizarre...
