TIN-023 - Black Jack ni Yoroshiku the AV: Nurses getting turned on by seeing it all

It’s well-produced. Even the nurses, who could easily be treated as background characters, strip down properly and wear white garter belts, and their acting is top-notch. It’s a parody, of course, but you can tell they put a decent budget into it. I appreciate that they didn't just focus on the sex scenes but actually included a proper OP and ED. It’s a shame the H-scenes are so long, as is typical for AV, but watching her walk around and give instructions in garter stockings is absolutely mesmerizing.

*This type of work often has a self-proclaimed hero or heroine, and the rest is normal. The content is quite strange (he goes on rounds naked). However, I was left with a good impression that the main character, the doctor, was conscious of the way he spoke, and that the nurses were also very particular about their hairstyles and roles. I think it would have been better if the head nurse had done the actual act after the fingering. The unfortunate thing is that it turned out to be a normal AV, with three nurses giving blowjobs towards the end. I enjoyed the medical and parody stuff, so I recommend it.

I read on a blog that this project was only possible because the original author waived the copyright. It's a rare work since we probably won't see many AVs based on popular manga in the future. As for my thoughts, there were fewer nude scenes than I expected, which was disappointing. Honestly, it would've been hotter if they were naked from start to finish. Also, wearing stockings ruins the 'nude' vibe, so it would've been much sexier if they only wore nurse caps and shoes.

I was expecting to mock it, thinking 'Say Hello to Black Jack? What does that even have to do with this? lol'... But Dr. Saito is actually struggling with real issues here lol. It was funny in a good way. It didn't feel like one of those cheap parodies where they just put on costumes; even though he's working in a 'heavenly' hospital, Dr. Saito is still Dr. Saito, which made me laugh. The erotic scenes are good too. It's a shame I didn't get to see the actress who only did blowjobs actually have sex, but the final lead actress is cute. The actress playing Dr. Saito's lover(?) from the manga isn't exactly pretty, but that actually made it feel more realistic and erotic. Episodes 1 and 2 are packed into one, and it ended by teasing an even more erotic hospital for the third episode, so I wonder if I should look forward to the next one? The original author might be pissed, but I definitely want to see it.
