TMD-014 - 4 Levels of Hell: Hot, Painful, and Intense SM

It was exactly as the title suggested. I found the content to be quite hardcore, almost like torture.

Giving this a perfect score just for the fact that I could find a 'Ryo Hoshi Super Digital Mosaic' work.
