TMD-041 - Beautiful girl's golden shower, is this level of intensity real?

I thought it would be a collection of bathroom or outdoor peeing scenes based on the title, but it was mostly about forced confinement, peeing, and drinking urine, which wasn't really my thing. There's a genuine outdoor peeing scene around the 1 hour 12 minute mark (10th sample image), and that situation was good. However, including that part, there were many moments where the camera angle made it hard to see, which was a bit disappointing.
