It's Yuri Sanada. She's a beautiful woman with a mature body, but the camera angles are the typical terrible ones found in POV/self-shot works. If you liked the actress based on the cover, I recommend renting a different title.
Yuri-san is 46, so her body lines have lost some firmness, but I think her overall figure is still quite good. Personally, her eyes are exactly my type, and the close-up shots of her on all fours are a turn-on even when she's not doing anything sexual. The flow of the film is the usual Tameike style—a bit formulaic—but I was so satisfied with her charm that it didn't even matter. The only shame is that the cover art is completely unappealing. I'm glad I happened to pick it up cheap used, but I might not have bought it at full price. I definitely want to see more of her work.
