It's advertised as 'extra thick poop,' but nothing much actually comes out. The plot is unnatural and boring.

They cast a cute girl, so I'll give them credit for that. I was surprised when a real beauty appeared midway through, but even when she pushed, nothing came out! What a letdown! A clever director would have at least used an enema. If they had, I could've gotten off on her reaction to the enema, and then again on the embarrassed look on her face when she finally couldn't hold it in and let it all out. They could've easily added two more climactic moments. To the beauty who didn't poop: please, try again!!!
