The story is just that the husband is an elite office worker and the affair partner is a manual laborer; the circumstances leading to the affair are unclear. While it doesn't necessarily need to be spelled out, I wish they had portrayed the difference in her affection for the husband versus the affair partner. Much like the husband who shows obsession toward his wife, the affair partner also displays a fetishistic side by sealing the semen inside her vagina with a sanitary pad. I feel like digging into that a bit more would have added more excitement and character to the work.

An NTR piece with a slightly unusual premise. The husband's fetish is quite twisted, but I can kind of understand it. As a curveball in the NTR genre, it's quite well-made.
