It's Chiharu Sakurai. It's a series where a man turns into a woman due to a mysterious illness. She looks cute playing the 'former boy' role with light makeup. Once she starts wearing more feminine makeup, you almost forget the 'former boy' premise and just get to see how incredibly cute Chiharu Sakurai is. It's a weird series, but I was satisfied to see so many different sides of Chiharu Sakurai.
It's a so-called gender-bender (TS) work. The body is female, but the mind is still male, and it's the 'wow, being a woman feels so good' type. It's been turned into a series with many actresses lately, but it's basically just standard AV with different costumes and actresses. On the flip side, if you're a fan of the actress, you can enjoy it regardless of the TS theme. As a TS work, the first half is decent—it sticks to the character setup with relatively logical erotic progression (though it's AV, so there's some convenience) and good acting. The classic 'wearing a proper bra for the first time' scene is nice, too. But the second half is just straight-up AV. Even though the character says, 'I'm a woman now, so I want to do it,' the sudden shift to 'AV shoot mode' kills the flow built up in the first half. Even if it ends up with intense oral or 3P scenes, it would have been more immersive if there was some setup like getting picked up or visiting a brothel.
