It was a shame the girls weren't all that high-level. But the girl at the top of the cover is top-tier!! She shyly pulls down her plaid bra, and when she lifts it up per the doctor's orders, those cute pink breasts are revealed. The contrast between her visibly flustered expression and the lifted plaid bra is incredibly hot. I finished five times just to this scene. High school girl medical exams are the best.

I saw a couple of decent shots in the sample images and rented it, but I regret it so much. The actresses are all C-list or worse, and just plain unattractive. How did they manage to gather so many ugly people with such unappealing breasts? There are so many flat-chested or just plain boring ones, lol. Even a total breast-lover wouldn't be able to get off to this. The production and content are absolute trash.

The level of the actresses is one thing, but the way the guy playing the doctor performs the exam... he uses the stethoscope in a way no real doctor ever would, and the palpation is just as bad. Couldn't they have put more effort into that? Real doctors actually do the 'squeeze' at the end after a serious exam, so that part was fine, but the rest is just disappointing.

The concept is good, but... please, get some younger girls next time. The 6th and 22nd ones were fine, but the rest were a letdown.

・They're all middle-aged women who look nothing like high school students. ・The setting is the same school infirmary, but the uniforms aren't even consistent. ・It's just a bit of groping and then it's over (and it doesn't even feel like the time per person is short). ・The plot is way too repetitive. Honestly, I can't recommend this. Personally, it was so disappointing that it actually made me angry.
