A group of wealthy real estate agents, known for their lecherous behavior, frequent the inn. They bribe the staff with large tips to serve them drinks, but soon lace the alcohol with drugs. When the waitresses don't return, the manager checks the room to find a shocking scene of debauchery.
I love the story, so here are a few points for improvement. If she's unconscious, her doing a cowgirl position makes no sense. Same goes for rear-entry. Even with oral, if she's unconscious, one of the two men should be supporting her or holding her head for it to be realistic. I understand that in the pursuit of realism, they think it's boring without a 'starfish' or oral, but since there are two men, it would be less jarring if one supported her body while the other performed the act. There are moments where the actress tries to be helpful by bracing with her feet or adjusting her position, and the director's lack of attention to detail really kills the mood. It's as immersion-breaking as a woman being raped and constantly shouting 'cum inside me.' Does the director not think about these things? It's a waste. The casting is excellent, so I'll give it an extra star for a total of 4.

The girls getting knocked out and cream-pied are all beauties; all four of them are great. 1. Loli-style, bare, tight. 2. A beauty who also gets a facial. 3. A bare beauty with a tight grip. 4. A beauty getting drenched in a massive load. There are two men, but only one does the internal finish, which is a bit of a waste, but they're all so beautiful it's top-tier.
