TURA-071 - Confessing to my landlady: Success or Failure?

I like the setup where a middle-aged woman is confessed to by a young college student, initially resists, but eventually gives in. The quality of the actresses varies—there are many beauties, and some who aren't, but that adds a certain flavor and acts as a nice accent. It's the same actor, so it's undeniably repetitive, but even so, the variety of actresses makes it rewatchable. I wish their acting was a bit better, but that might be asking too much. Personally, I wish the woman had resisted for a bit longer; she gives in to Kenji-kun way too quickly. I wanted a bit more teasing.
