There are many people, so I picked about 10 women whose faces, body types, and outfits I liked. Here is my review based on what I watched. The ones I saw were either beautiful or cute. Even those who are picky about looks won't find this a total bust. As the premise suggests, it's strictly 'intercourse for the purpose of insemination.' There's no foreplay; the doctor just applies cream to the genital area beforehand. No fellatio, cunnilingus, or kissing—a naked 'donor' just appears and inserts quietly. The 10-minute runtime per person makes sense. There are only 2-3 positions like back, cowgirl, and missionary, which makes sense since you don't need many positions for insemination. The doctor gives instructions like 'do it slowly' and 'don't make loud noises.' It's slow, quiet sex. Women are fully clothed on top, sometimes not even taking off their bras. However, the doctor sometimes orders them to expose their breasts, which sparks the imagination—is it the doctor's preference? Whether you find that 'interesting' or 'inconsistent' is up to you. Other than the occasional moan they can't hold back, there's no atmosphere of indulging in pleasure. However, the women are 'quietly enduring the pleasure,' not doing it against their will. The men don't act like they're taking advantage of the situation either; they are also restraining themselves. Except for when they announce 'I'm going to ejaculate' and speed up the thrusting, the movements are slow. Generally, the men (both the doctor and the donor) act politely. Overall, the setting and direction are solid. 5 stars.

It's the usual 'cookie-cutter' format, but since the content is meant to be a service performed in a strictly detached manner, the monotony actually adds to the realism. Budgetary constraints aside, it would have been even better if they had a nurse character who would hold your hand and say things like, 'Are you okay with ejaculating soon?' or 'Congratulations' after the act.
The point of penetration is clearly visible, which adds to the realism and makes it very exciting. Using an amateur with high sensitivity is also a plus.
