TVS-001 - Locked Up & Nose-Locked: The Sadistic Doctor's Obsession

It was so good that I rented it and ended up buying it... The way her nostrils are stretched to the limit, and the way she's tormented by that gross old man's toes in her nose and mouth—it's intense.

I rented this specifically for the nose hook scenes. The nose hook and face-torture scenes were pretty hardcore and I enjoyed them. Might be a good watch if you're into nose hooks.

The facial play is quite hardcore and enjoyable. However, it's a shame that other aspects, like the body restraints and the hospital examination setting, lack realism.
