Three young wives seeking fertility help fall into the hands of a corrupt obstetrician. Using 'medical treatment' as an excuse, he subjects them to erotic stimulation and adult toys, forcing them to climax. Confused and naive, the wives are ruthlessly exploited, culminating in the doctor finishing deep inside them under the guise of 'uterine activation'.

Morishita-san's awkward acting was very good. Because it was good, I hope the studio makes better use of that 'awkwardness' in future works, not just this one. I think medical examination themes are all about the one-sided 'torment' under the guise of treatment, mixed with the 'awkwardness' of the person accepting it, which hides their shame. Unnecessary 'production' in that 'treatment' is meaningless. In other words, the standard vibrator or massager torture scenes just kill the mood. Even if it's not as gritty as Sanwa Publishing, I wish they'd stick to the basics.
I watched this because the first person seemed popular. This review is only for the first segment. As an aside, I really love the doctor's acting in his massage and examination videos because it feels so real. However, this time was a bit disappointing. First, looking at the details, the setting is a mess. At the start, he says he wants to analyze her vaginal fluid and hands her a vibrator to masturbate, which is such a blunt excuse (lol). Then, this young wife sits on the exam table and reacts like a virgin when teased with the vibrator or fingers. I personally loved the choice of lines like "It tickles" or "It feels strange," but... the question is, why is a married woman reacting like a virgin? That's a contradiction. Plus, she knew how to use the vibrator, so she probably masturbates often. It's obvious she's not a virgin since she's there for fertility treatment. The reaction is contradictory. I love the reaction, but the contradiction made it hard to get immersed. I wish the setting had been more consistent. Another good point, as mentioned in other reviews, is her saying "I'm sorry" while twitching and squirting—that was right up my alley. Whether it's OB/GYN or other genres, there's something about a girl who isn't choosing to be teased but is forced into it, apologizing while feeling pleasure, that makes me feel a sense of immorality. I didn't have another chance to say this, so I'm using this review to talk about my preferences (lol). Overall, there were parts I liked, but the inconsistent setting left me feeling unsatisfied.
This is a series I really like. I'd be so happy if Nanami Tanaka appeared in it.
The first young wife, in particular... she keeps wetting herself, which is so hot! The way she resists the whole time but her body reacts so honestly is just irresistible to a sadist like me!! However... the handheld camera footage, rather than a fixed camera, kills the realism a bit... Hidden cameras are the only way to get that real feel! Even if there's a risk of the angle being fixed...
I found this work while following Mirei Morishita. I think opinions will be divided. It features vibrating toys, the doctor kissing her down there, finger-fucking her to climax, and finally, penetration and internal ejaculation. If you're the type of viewer who dislikes elements that feel detached from reality or finds them immersion-breaking, you might rate this low. Overall, there's a serious atmosphere, and the actress playing the nurse is great. Sometimes the husband is present, and the doctor varies by installment. The overall vibe and camera angles also differ. It's a series, but it doesn't get boring easily thanks to these variations. Since the gynecological exam table is the main stage, there's inevitably a lot of lying on the back. However, depending on the entry, they mix in dynamic shots—from directly above, side views on the table, doggy style or standing positions off the table, and even full nudity—to show off the female body. The cast is luxurious, too. I wish there had been more close-up shots in certain scenes. By the way, I wonder if they have any plans to make a VR version? I'd definitely buy it.
