Three actresses play the role of housewives visiting a gynecologist for infertility treatment. While pretending to examine her, they playfully harass her, eventually leading to a rape scene. It's not the typical 'reluctant' type; she starts to feel it and gradually gets drawn in. It's exciting to see her hesitant and resisting expressions as she thinks she shouldn't feel anything during the examination and treatment, but ends up enjoying it, along with her erotic and tormented expressions. While the basic flow is the same for all three actresses, each one has her own unique characteristics, making it worth watching. Yano Tsubasa actively seeks pleasure from the early stages due to her frustration. Misaki Sakura initially resists, but seems to let go and enjoy it halfway through. Mizukawa Kaede's body responds, but she remains hesitant until relatively late, creating three different scenes. Personally, I liked Misaki Sakura's second part the best. The contrast between her hesitant expression, not knowing she's being teased and resisting the stimulation due to guilt (but there's also a theory that she was suppressing laughter because the actor's ad-libs were too funny lol), and her joyful expression as she succumbs to pleasure and releases her desires was fantastic. Also, the only fellatio scene was in Misaki Sakura's part, and the way she started to fellate the penis suddenly thrust in front of her eyes, sucking and licking with her cheeks puffed out, was incredibly erotic and arousing. This work has some serious depth to it.
