Kotori Makino gets stimulated and lets out a squirt, but there are so many AV actresses who can do that level of squirting that it's not really a selling point. Her oral skills aren't great, and the finish is just a generic chest shot. She's also quite flat-chested. At the very least, they should be showing some solid facials or mouth shots.
