URE-076 - Popular NTR doujin live-action adaptation starring Minami Hatsukawa

The characters are a husband, a wife, and the man who cuckolds him. Their relationship is out in the open, so there are almost no secrets. Without secrets, there's no tension, and without tension, there's no sense of complicity. Perhaps in the original work, the wife's internal struggle to maintain her chastity by refusing kisses was the sexual hook, but the live-action version fails to capture that, leaving us with nothing but a display of physical acts. What are we supposed to do with the husband's voiceover of his inner conflict? I acknowledge the production effort within the constraints of the source material, but as a film, it's just mediocre.

It's frustrating how little awareness the male actors have about the sounds they make. I've read the original manga, so I understand that oral sex sounds are written as onomatopoeia, but in a manga, those sounds don't get in the way. When they replicate that in live-action, it's just unpleasant. If someone next to you at a restaurant was chewing with their mouth open, you'd lose your appetite, right? Don't they get that? It's not just this work; I'm fed up with the sheer number of male actors who make gross noises and the directors who think it's acceptable.

When a comic adaptation hits, it's on a completely different level than your standard NTR series. But when they miss, they miss hard. This one is the former. The best part is the dialogue—it makes a huge difference. It's great that the partner isn't some famous actor, which makes the NTR feel genuinely upsetting. Minami Hatsukawa's beauty rivals that of a top idol, and she's so erotic. The ending is a satisfying 'bad end.' It's fine because it's just fiction, but in reality, it would be a cruelty that leaves only irreversible regret. Well, I suppose for those who seek NTR, it's the ending they've been waiting for.

As expected, the production is meticulous and reliable, faithfully recreating the 'Ure-Comi' series source material. The disappointing part of this release is the runtime. It felt like it lacked the character psychological depth that is the hallmark of the Ure-Comi series. Even in the original, there's a heavy focus on sex scenes, but the lack of marital interaction, jealousy, and anxiety meant it didn't quite hit the mark for NTR fans.
