For an NTR-themed work, the relationship between the protagonist and their partner needs to be established more strongly so that the sense of 'betrayal' hits harder when the affair begins. Also, the scene structure needs better narrative consistency to enhance the realism and immersion. Finally, I look forward to seeing Mami Zenba take on even more diverse roles in the future.

How are they not getting caught at that distance!? Well, I guess that's just the 'AV logic' we all accept lol.
