I figured she'd eventually get around to it, given the vibe of her work, but it happened pretty quickly. What stood out was when she was lying face down, getting her fingers railed and her neck choked while her tongue was being played with, and she started leaking a *ton* of snot – thick, twisted strands of it. Seeing such a beautiful actress in such a state of degradation was unique to this series. But I still don't like the neck choking or stomach slapping scenes. Is it just me who finds those unpleasant? I love Miike. Does she ever appear in Ataya Nagae stuff…?

This is without a doubt the best entry in the series. Mike Koharu is one of the most impressive actresses this year, and her low, resonant voice, supple movements, and the way she portrays everything up to 'eyes rolling back/loss of consciousness' in the Iramachiyo works are simply breathtaking.

Miike Koharu has a great expression, but they should have slapped and spanked her harder!

Koharu is genuinely exceptional. So many people are already praising her voice, gaze, and expressions, and every performance fits the scene perfectly. I'll be rooting for her from now on!

She's genuinely happy as a bitch, not as a woman. You can tell Koharu herself enjoys being dominated as a bitch. This installment is the most fun, and it's clear Koharu, as the bitch, is having the best time, not the male cast.
