The expression on her face during the initial accident scene is a complex mix of 'relief' and 'oh no, I did it.' Also, when she's peeing, there's a close-up of her crotch, so you can see the stream clearly. Iioka-san's naked body in the bathroom scene after the accident is simply stunning. She has an amazing figure and her skin is incredibly beautiful.

As the title suggests, the first half is all about the shame of the accident. Of course, thanks to Kanako Iioka's cuteness and acting ability, the 'unrealistic' AV-style plot holds up and keeps you engaged until the second half. But the second half is actually where the male actor's hidden talent shines, as he expertly brings out Kanako Iioka's eroticism. That's why I'd say the second half is the real highlight of this work.

This is a very solid production. The 'leaking urine' part is clearly just there because of the title. It doesn't really add much to the eroticism; it feels like an afterthought. But since it's an AV, that doesn't really matter—the focus is on the act itself. There's some leaking during the sex, but it feels unnecessary. The reason I gave it 5 stars is the eroticism of the act. The sensitive actress keeps convulsing, creating a peak of erotic intensity. Seeing such a beautiful woman lose control like that is irresistible. It's good. Wonderful.

Even if she couldn't hold it, peeing while still wearing panties and a skirt is a bit hard to understand (^^;). Also, a neighbor is filming her from up close, but the shutter sound is so obvious, which is also weird. The actress eventually realizes she's being watched, but it doesn't seem like it was because of the shutter sound... Aside from the beginning, the rest of the flow was good.

1) The series staple: unable to hold it, she pees in public. It says 'without time to pull down her panties,' but there was plenty of time, yet she pees anyway. Her panties, pantyhose, and even her skirt get soaked. 2) She's interrupted during a shower and forced to pee, but even with the close-up, you can't see it. Same goes for the squirting. Followed by some heavy action and internal ejaculation. 3) Days later, she's called out and forced to stand and pee on the stairs while fully clothed. He strips off her pee-soaked panties and sniffs them. Squirting via fingering. 4) Bedroom action. He makes her stand and pee in her underwear, then drinks it. During the action, she leaks while he's thrusting. Ends with an internal finish and a cleanup blowjob. The runtime is short, but the content is dense and intense. The pacing is great, and this might be the best-structured entry in the series.
