It's exactly what the title says: a compilation packing 10 people's worth of content into 8 hours. If you want to skip the tedious story and just see the sex scenes of 10 actresses—if you think the erotic scenes are all that matters—then this is a solid 8 hours of non-stop action. Conversely, if you enjoy the build-up to the sex, the emotional shifts (like a mother who initially resists but eventually gets hooked), or the drama between the characters, you're better off picking the individual full-length versions. Because it's a polarizing release, I'm giving it 3 stars.

*Hana Hakumo and Mei Satsuki are difficult to play as the son's mother. There's no problem if you spread the word with your younger sister or older sister. Also, he begs to be the first woman, but instead (because it's an AV), he continues to attack her in various positions, and as the title says, after a month, she wants him again and goes to her son.
