VERD-002 - Suzuki Nana's Complete Sex Reassignment Surgery

A close-up look at Nana Suzuki's gender reassignment surgery. It gets a bit graphic at times, but it's a must-watch for fans of transsexual or 'newhalf' content! I was so turned on by the scene where the female nurse shaves her pubic hair before the surgery.

The scene where they make the incision with the scalpel was mouth-watering... but after that, the mosaic was way too big. I wanted to see a bit more of the surgery and Nana-san's post-op recovery. I really wish they had gone for more of a documentary-style approach.

The content is divided into three parts: first, the pre-op trans era; second, a full-blown surgical documentary covering the sex reassignment and breast augmentation; and finally, the first sexual encounter post-op. During the pre-op era, there was so much back-and-forth penetration that, as someone who prefers the male perspective, it was too dizzying to really empathize with. However, after watching the surgical documentary, I started to feel a sense of endearment toward female genitalia, even if it's dark. After seeing the breast augmentation, I felt like I should cherish women even if they're flat-chested, and I felt compelled to call AV actresses beautiful even if their silicone breasts look distorted. As for the final scene—the first time having sex with Chocoball Mukai—I was so worried about the post-op recovery that I didn't even have the heart to masturbate.

"Ugh." Be prepared for a focus on content that might make you think you're watching a medical video. In a way, if this were to leak somewhere... (it's actually kind of scary). That said, I think it's good because it's a pattern I haven't seen before.

The first half is a compilation of scenes where the d*ck is the star of the show. They even tie up a young Miki Fudo (Miki Mizuasa) and go at it. The second half features sex with a 'chocolate ball' using an artificial vagina. It's so well-made that it's no different from a real woman. The real surgery in the middle is way too grotesque. The scene where they slice into the back of the testicles still gives me the creeps just thinking about it. If you're faint of heart, you'd better skip this one.
