It's the typical industry pattern of 'milking the same concept,' but among similar works I've seen, this is a high-quality piece that hits all the marks: the actress's performance, the balance of looks and chemistry between the leads, and a clear, erotic scenario. The pacing is a bit fast and there's some exposition, but you get that thrill of a scary-but-beautiful older woman suddenly changing and accepting unprotected creampiesโa trope that works well in office or teacher settings. There are two creampies: the first is an accident, the second is consensual. The ending even hints at their future relationship, which really hits the sweet spot for this genre. The actress, Rei Aoki, is a veteran who debuted around 2003; she maintains a slim figure and beauty, and her acting (likely with lots of ad-libs) is humorous and charming. You can tell she's sharp. By the way, she's a married woman with kids and has also done breast milk-themed works.
Rei Aoki's performance as the cranky, annoying neighbor is so spot-on that it's genuinely intimidating, but it serves as a highly effective setup for the drama. The opening scene of her masturbating out of frustration feels a bit too expository and weak, but things improve significantly after that. The way she goes from hurling insults like 'If you're any louder, I'm telling the landlord!' and 'There's no way someone like you will pass the entrance exam!' to suddenly deciding to prey on him once she realizes he's a virgin is fascinating. At first, it just feels like a horny older woman devouring a virgin, but as they have sex, her stress seems to melt away, and a sense of maternal tenderness begins to emergeโthis is the highlight of the film. There are more tender kisses during sex, and while the first time was a reckless ejaculation, the second time she intentionally lets him finish inside her, promises to keep doing so, and even starts cheering him on for his exams. The newcomer playing the weak-looking virgin has a screen presence that balances well with the actress, and she does a great job portraying the emotional shift throughout the story. While there are some downsides, like the first sex scene being mostly simulated and the abrupt ending, I think this is far better than the Sawamura Reiko films that the incompetent director Bingo Tamazuka turned into generic 'ass-focused' flicks.
