When you play it, it goes straight to normal position insertion after the title, with no foreplay at all. I didn't find the camera angles particularly bothersome. A few people didn't start in normal position, but it wasn't a big deal. I want more works like this that just collect high-quality normal position scenes... seriously. This is a keeper.
